5. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Carbon Arc LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraud.

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is not an acceptance but a confirmation that we have received your order.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are stated in USD and exclude taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise noted.

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

• Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship from our Irvine, CA warehouse. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are available only for manufacturing defects, subject to photo verification within 5 days and a refund request within 10 days of delivery.

• Custom‑made products are eligible only for repair or replacement, not refunds.

• All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Carbon Arc LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may view and print one copy of the content for your personal, non‑commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on our Website with a new Effective Date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
